Vision: The Dividing Line

I received this vision in 2004, one morning as I was praying and listening to David Ruis and Heather Clark's worship and prophetic intercession CD.

In this vision God put on me a strong, beautiful and strange-looking armour. With it on, I started running, first in a crowd, and then along a dividing line painted on the ground. I started carrying several people, who were sitting too close to the dividing line, drinking coffee. I put them in a safer location, a few feet to one side of the line, the side I knew was the good side, God's side. Those people were afraid. I stood on that line, raised my hand, and suddenly, other beings appeared, wearing the same kind of armour I had on. They positioned themselves side by side, shoulder to shoulder, forming a wall along the line, and I stood at the end of the line.

At that point, a crowd of other beings, wearing armours similar to ours, and other small and hideous creatures, began to attack and tried to cross the barrier we had formed; but the beings who defended the line were angels, and they looked giant compared to the attackers. They made the wall impossible to cross.

Jesus came to talk to me, and told me that my job was to guard the wall, but not to worry, as none could trespass it. I asked the Lord if there were people on the other side of the barrier, and he asked me to look at the creatures who were being thrown over the barrier, to the good side. I then noticed some of the small creatures being tossed like popcorn, and falling on our side. After landing, they all stood and looked marveled at their arms, hands and legs, because they had been instantly transformed into human form, and then proceeded to join the crowd on the good side.

I asked the Lord why there were humans on the wrong side, and He responded that they did not want to be with Him. Jesus then picked  one of the ugly little creatures in his hand, showed it to me and said: "Look at them, I made them and now they do not want me". He sighed and looked at them all. I asked: "Why don't you save them?" and he replied "because they want nothing to do with me." I understood that these creatures represented people who had openly rejected him, and that the other beings in armours were demons.

Then, I looked at the good side, and saw that the crowd there was much larger than those who were trying to penetrate the barrier.

At that time, the Lord took my armor off, picked me up and hugged me, and I instantly felt rested and clean. Then he said, "as long as you are with me, you do not need your armour, because you are safe in my arms." This time with him felt wonderful. I was in his presence a little longer, and then he returned me to the ground.

I asked, "Lord, am I to help bring souls into your kingdom?" and He said "No, your job is relocate those along the dividing line to our side, and to guard the barrier. I saw the beings and creatures trying to penetrate where I was standing, but I beat them all easily, and they retreated. I asked God how much longer this attack would go on for, and He told me not long at all, because He is making new heavens and a new earth.

Then, I saw God with the world in his hands, watching attentively. He touched it with his finger and this caused a wind storm. I asked him why He had done that. The asked me if I was ready for the answer, and said I was scared to know, but to tell me anyway. He said: "They are doing this to themselves" referring to mankind, "I gave them the world and they have caused this, but I make new heavens and a new earth". His answer gave me peace for a moment, but as I wrote this vision, I wondered why he said that mankind had caused the storm, when I saw that his finger touching the earth had cause the storm.

As I share this vision, I realize there are many things in it that could make many people uncomfortable, but I have felt the need to share, in case someone has something to add.
